✓ Aim for a bedtime around 10 pm to allow your body to rest, repair, and recharge.

✓ Enjoy quiet time daily, meditate, prayers

✓ Move your body regularly in ways that feel good- walk, stretch, dance, or play.

✓ Sip room temperature spring water throughout the day to stay well hydrated and support natural cleansing.

✓ Step outside often- breathe deeply, enjoy the sunshine, and connect with nature.

✓ Savor wholesome, home-cooked meals in a calm and pleasant setting, supporting healthy digestion- avoiding fast food, highly processed foods, refined sugars, and refined vegetable or seed oils.

✓ Care for your gut health by eating mindfully and choosing nourishing, whole foods.

I attended a lakeside day retreat in the fall with Evangeline. It was an absolutely lovely day, a very grounding experience. Our day included two sessions of gentle yoga, followed by meditation. We also learned about Ayurvedic history, healthy eating and spices and their effects in cooking. What a lovely day. She also provided us with ingredients to make our own bath pouch, including lavender, magnesium and chamomile, which also made it fun and interactive.
I would definitely do it again and bring friends!
