I attended a lakeside day retreat in the fall with Evangeline. It was an absolutely lovely day, a very grounding experience. Our day included two sessions of gentle yoga, followed by meditation. We also learned about Ayurvedic history, healthy eating and spices and their effects in cooking. What a lovely day. She also provided us with ingredients to make our own bath pouch, including lavender, magnesium and chamomile, which also made it fun and interactive.
I would definitely do it again and bring friends!
