What You Can Expect with
Seasonal Workshops
Class 1 - Health: Discover the fundamentals of physical, mental and emotional health from the perspective of Ayurveda and Yoga. Discover timeless practices that prepare and ready the body and mind to ease through life with ease, clarity and joy. You will be guided through gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation to begin class.
Class 2 - Ayurvedic Cooking: Discover the therapeutic value of herbs and spices, foods that nurture the gut and nourish the body, and just how important digestion is for health and immunity. Follow along as we cook a balanced, nourishing Ayurvedic vegetarian meal together.
Class 3 - Yoga for Stamina & Endurance: As you balance your way with better food choices, exercise and sleep you will experience increase energy levels, reduce risks associated with depression and anxiety, and increase immunity to disease.
Class 4 - Next Steps: You are the creator of your own health from the inside out. From prana to ojas we will review the material, and breathe with joy and clarity.

Subscription Components
1. Holistic Health Consultation
Your consult, in person or virtual, evaluates your health history, diet and lifestyle habits to arrive at a personalized plan. Food, teas, spices and herbs, Yoga and Ayurvedic self-care routines are the “medicine” used to complement and enrich your health. Understand your digestive power and metabolic constitution to improve and maintain your physical and mental health, stamina and resilience.
2. Seasonal Workshops
Held over a series of 4 weekly classes live over Zoom in spring, summer and autumn and winter. Each class is recorded, and can be viewed on your own time if you miss a class, or wish to review, made available for the duration of each season. Classes of Yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practices, meditation, mantras, and Ayurvedic home treatment for the face, eyes, ears, nose, mouth encompass the self-care component with ample support material, charts and tip sheets. The different seasons bring a unique set of patterns and conditions that affect your body and mind in different ways. You will receive further support with the Whatsapp group to provide guidance and support in each and every season.
3. Whatsapp Group
Share your experiences with others just because it’s better when we’re in it together! This chat is also your opportunity to have your questions answered and get inspiration from others. Joining is optional, though highly encouraged.
4. Ayurvedic Treatments
You will receive 10% off *lakeside retreats, and any Ayurvedic treatments at my practice in Toronto. Soothe tight muscles, relax the nervous system and calm the mind, naturally allowing the nurturing, healing qualities of touch to unfold in each and every Ayurvedic treatment.
